The Swagman TRAILHEAD 4 is a hitch mount hanging bike rack which carries up to four bikes. A lightweight rack designed for occasional use, the TRAILHEAD 4 is ideal for family vacations. Easy to use and load, it fits bikes of most sizes and styles. Triangle bike cradles and rubber straps securely hold your bikes and eliminate most of the front to back bike sway found on other hanging style racks and its two arms fold down for easy storage.
- Carries up to four bikes with a maximum weight capacity of 35 lbs. per bike
- Overall maximum rack weight capacity of 100 lbs.
- Fits bikes of most types (Bar Adapter might be required for ladies bikes or step through frames)
- Fits Class 2, 1-1/4 and Class 3, 2 hitch receivers
- Arms fold down when not in use
- Not approved for RV use

Secondary attachment point and rotating cradles allow you to carry a larger variety of bike frames. Arms fold down when not loaded. Fits 1-1/4 or 2 inch class II, III or IV receivers. Cannot be used on class I receivers. Rack folds down to access rear of vehicle. Measures 8 inch from pin hole to upright for clearance of bumper.
- Per the manufacturer: Purchaser is advised that the load created by rack and bicycles will exceed the strength of trailer or fifth wheel bumper, mounting location or the bike rack. The rack is not under warranty if mounted in this location.
